What is infusion therapy?
While some medications work orally, not all of them are most effective this way; this is where Infusion therapy comes in. It works by administering beneficial drugs through a needle or catheter, ensuring their delivery to the bloodstream in a steady rhythm.
We use IV therapy in life-or-death circumstances such as strokes, cancer, anaphylactic shock, heart attack, or poisoning. Still, we can also administer it to fix other medical situations (dehydration, immune deficiencies, infections, overall pain, etc.)
