Dr. Vikram Sengupta, MD
Chief Medical Officer of Mission Medical
Born in Florida, Dr. Sengupta grew up in Bloomfield Hills, MI. He attended Cornell University, majoring in Neuroscience before moving on to the Yale School of Medicine where he earned his MD.
He is fellowship trained in interventional pain management and board certified in internal medicine. His clinical areas of focus are regenerative medicine and neuromodulation.
Dr. Sengupta is an experienced specialist in site-of-care optimization and the implementation of medical services. He has conducted groundbreaking, first-in-human clinical research using stem cell derived biologics to treat COVID-19 related ARDS and cytokine storm, as well as the use of implantable neurostimulation devices for the treatment of pain and is currently the primary investigator on several national multi-center clinical trials.
He has served on faculty at Harvard and NYU.
Dr. Sascha Sengupta, MD
Associate Medical Director of Mission Medical
Dr. Sengupta grew up in Atlanta, GA and attended Stanford University, majoring in biology with a minor in mathematics, and graduating with Phi Beta Kappa and honors before going on to Yale School of Medicine where she completed her MD. She then completed residency training in anesthesiology at Columbia-New York Presbyterian Hospital, followed by a fellowship in interventional pain management at Harvard Medical School’s Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. Her areas of clinical focus are regenerative medicine and neuromodulation.
She is devoted to helping those suffering from acute and chronic pain and illness and seeks to maximize her patients’ daily functioning and quality of life. She has published extensively and is an active clinical researcher in stem cell derived biologics and neuromodulation.
Fara Stricker, MSN, RN, FNP-C
Chief Nursing Officer
Fara is a loving mother of two and a passionate advocate for mental health and substance abuse. A Nightingale Award Recipient. The highest international distinction for a nursing practitioner. Current PhD candidate in Nursing Sciences for Adelphi University and an adjunct Professor of Substance Use Disorders in the Psych.
Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program at Hofstra/Northwell School of Nursing. Fara has a deep expertise and experience in the field of Addiction Treatment and over 10 years in the nursing sector.
