Dr. Vikram Sengupta, MD
Chief Medical Officer of Mission Medical
Born in Florida, Dr. Sengupta grew up in Bloomfield Hills, MI. He attended Cornell University, majoring in Neuroscience before moving on to the Yale School of Medicine where he earned his MD.
He is fellowship trained in interventional pain management and board certified in internal medicine. His clinical areas of focus are regenerative medicine and neuromodulation.
Dr. Sengupta is an experienced specialist in site-of-care optimization and the implementation of medical services. He has conducted groundbreaking, first-in-human clinical research using stem cell derived biologics to treat COVID-19 related ARDS and cytokine storm, as well as the use of implantable neurostimulation devices for the treatment of pain and is currently the primary investigator on several national multi-center clinical trials.
He has served on faculty at Harvard and NYU.

Fara Stricker, MSN, RN, FNP-C
Chief Nursing Officer
Fara is a dedicated mother of two and an experienced IV infusion Nurse Practitioner with extensive knowledge of biologics and specialty infusion therapies. With over 10 years of nursing experience, Fara has played a key role in increasing access for patients to high quality infusion and injection services and modern treatments for rare and chronic diseases. Her priority is patient safety, education, and comfort at ThrIVewell Infusion.
Beyond her work in infusion therapy, Fara is a passionate advocate for mental health and substance abuse treatment. She is a recipient of the prestigious Nightingale Award, the highest international distinction for a nursing practitioner. She served as an adjunct professor specializing in Substance Use Disorders in the psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program at Hofstra/Northwell School of Nursing. With a deep commitment to addiction treatment and psychiatric care, she continues to advance both clinical practice and education in the field.
